STAYING AT THE RETREAT
To maintain the tranquillity of my Retreat, I would kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful environment and follow any guidelines provided. Smoking or vaping may not be allowed on the premises.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Products are delivered within 3 working days of receiving the order.
RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please contact me on 07789 044779. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please also ensure you arrive on time for your appointment: if you arrive late, the time lost will be deducted from your treatment, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require the appointment to be rebooked, with the full treatment fee still applying.
