Jojoba - closest of all the oils to skin's own sebum, softening without heaviness.
Amaranth Seed Oil - a rare and luxurious oil, rich in squalene.
Cocoa and Shea Butters - rich, protective and softening.
Beeswax - for a light, natural hold.
Isoamyl Laurate - a plant derived emollient used in place of silicone. It keeps the balm easy to work through the beard rather than heavy or greasy.
Vitamin E - an antioxidant that helps protect against environmental damage.
Along with the warm, woody depth of sandalwood pairing perfectly with the rich, resinous sweetness of benzoin, creating a timeless, masculine aroma that lingers without overpowering. I use New Caledonian sandalwood. Of the sandalwoods it's the kinder one — and to my nose the loveliest.
